Rahul is an Associate at Insight Equity. Prior to joining Insight Equity, Rahul was an Investment Banking Analyst in the Mergers & Acquisitions group at Wells Fargo Securities in New York. While at Wells Fargo, Rahul worked on a variety of M&A transactions, including buy-side, sell-side, and shareholder activism and takeover defense processes for companies across multiple industry verticals.
Rahul graduated with High Distinction from the University of Michigan – Stephen M. Ross School of Business with a BBA in Finance and Accounting and a minor in Economics.
